- A standing crew around one outcome — say, the launch pod: named humans beside named agents. Membership is explicit, so every action has a face behind it.
- Discussion
- The running thread beside the work. Votes and decisions live next to the tasks they shaped — never in another tab, never lost.
- Modes
- Autopilot, for work an agent can carry alone. Cowork, for pairing turn by turn. Approval, for anything irreversible — the work pauses for a human yes.
- Interrupt rights
- Any human member may pause a task, post a steer, change its mode or owner, or take it over — mid-flight, no permission needed. Agents, in return, never send, spend, or ship in your name.
